Information you provide
When you send an inquiry, we receive the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, event type and date, venue or city, estimated budget, how you found us, and message.
When you submit a talent application, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, city, selected role, portfolio link, experience, availability, and short introduction. We also receive information you include in later emails or conversations with us.
Please share only information relevant to your inquiry or application. Do not include payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information in these forms.
How information is used
We use inquiry information to reply about your booking, discuss availability and services, and communicate about a potential project. We use application information to review your work and suitability for opportunities with Golden Arc Film and to contact you about your application. Submitting either form does not sign you up for a newsletter.
Website and email services
Our website and forms are provided through Framer. Form submissions are delivered to our business Gmail inbox, provided by Google. These services process information to operate the website, deliver and store messages, and help protect their services against spam and misuse.
Website and embedded-media providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, pages requested, and interactions with their services. Their systems may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Videos, analytics, and external links
We use Vimeo to display films. When an embedded player loads, your browser connects to Vimeo. Vimeo may receive technical and viewing information and use cookies for playback, security, preferences, or measurement. Its practices are described in the Vimeo Privacy Policy and Vimeo Player Cookies information.
Framer provides website-usage analytics without cookies or persistent identifiers. This is separate from the behavior of embedded video services. See Framer's explanation of its analytics.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect video playback. We have not installed advertising pixels or Google Analytics. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not change how this site loads its embedded players. Vimeo may collect information across websites that use its services, according to its own policy.
Our Instagram, Vimeo, and YouTube links take you to external services. Their privacy policies apply when you use those services.
Your information and choices
To ask about information you have provided, request a correction, or request deletion, email goldenarcfilm@gmail.com. Please identify the inquiry or application concerned. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request is yours. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal requirements, including any records we are required to retain.
Our inquiry form is intended for people arranging filmmaking services. A parent or guardian should submit an inquiry on behalf of a child. If you have a concern about a child's information or an appearance in a portfolio film, please contact us directly.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how information you have already provided is handled, we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
